 About the Role
 
 
 
 We are looking for an MBA (HR) intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition operations, with a strong focus on interview scheduling and candidate coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited to learn how recruiting functions in a fast-paced environment.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support the end-to-end recruiting coordination process, including reviewing candidate resumes and scheduling interviews
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage high-volume calendar scheduling for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates across multiple time zones
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience through timely communication and coordination.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with Talent Acquisition operational projects aimed at improving efficiency and candidate experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Help maintain and update job descriptions to ensure clarity, consistency, and strong visibility across job boards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate interview logistics, including greeting candidates (virtual or onsite) and managing day-of interview details
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the Applicant Tracking System
 </li>
 <li>
 Support basic sourcing efforts for hard-to-fill roles using platforms such as LinkedIn and other job sites
 </li>

 Requirements &amp; Preferred Skills

 MBA student or recent graduate specializing in Human Resources
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, recruiting operations, or HR coordination

 Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
 </li>

 Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information with professionalism

 Strong written and verbal communication skills
 </li>
