<div>To assist the Senior Category Manager and Merchandise Manager in all facets of product sourcing, selection, and managing the vendor relationship.

Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Learn and assist with negotiating the following with the vendor community:</li>
<li>Marketing Support.</li>
<li>Payment and Freight Terms.</li>
<li>Pricing.</li>
<li>Assortment.</li>
<li>Promotions.</li>
<li>Other matters pertinent to the Orgill vendor relationship.</li>
<li>Learn and assist with vendor line and assortment reviews per assigned department(s) using the Strategic Category Analysis (SCA) tools.</li>
<li>Assist with selling buying event commitments and prepare order forms for Buying Events.</li>
<li>Attends Dealer Markets / Buying events and assists with coordinated activity for assigned merchandise.</li>
<li>Responds to questions and requests for information from dealers, sales representatives, and vendors.</li>
<li>Other duties may be assigned.</li></ul> 
Success Factors: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

<ul>
<li>Advanced knowledge of and ability in using various software applications, particularly Microsoft Office products and the Google Platform.</li>
<li>Polished negotiation techniques.</li>
<li>Excellent analytical abilities with ability to review facts and weight options when solving problems and making decisions.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with good listening skills.</li>
<li>Ability to establish priorities, work independently, proceed with objectives with little or no supervision, and to meet deadlines.</li>
<li>Ability to deal with a variety of challenging situations under stress.</li>
<li>Ability to organize materials, manage time, and prioritize tasks.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Job Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor Degree required in a business-related area.</li>
<li>Three to five years&rsquo; experience preferred in a same or similar field.</li>
<li>Must be willing to travel to Company Dealer Markets as well as infrequent training opportunities where they present themselves &ndash; requirements may vary.</li>
<li>Regular, on-site, in person attendance required.</li>
</ul>
