DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you&rsquo;ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.<br>

Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care</p></li><li><p>
Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment</p></li><li><p>
Set up and maintain dialysis equipment</p></li><li><p>
Record vital signs and patient data</p></li><li><p>
Educate patients on treatment and kidney health</p></li><li><p>
Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members</p></li></ul><p><b><br>
Requirements</b></p><ul><li><p>
Accredited High School diploma, general education development (&ldquo;GED&rdquo;) credential, or equivalent</p></li><li><p>
Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment</p></li><li><p>
Physically able to work long shifts on your feet</p></li><li><p>
Willing to float between local clinics if needed</p></li><li><p>
Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays</p></li><li><p>
Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience</p></li></ul><p><b><br>
