Qualifications:</div><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree.</li><li>A minimum of five (5) years experience as an Information Assurance (IA) Analyst, ISSE, ISSO, or similar role in ATO package development, including generating security documentation for requirements, security control assessment, STIG and IAVA compliance, Standard Operating Procedures, test results, etc.</li><li>eMASS experience.</li><li>Professional security certification such as: CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CompTIA Security+ CE, SSCP, or higher.</li><li>Strong desktop publishing skills using Microsoft Word and Excel.</li><li>Experience with industry writing styles such as grammar, sentence form, and structure.</li><li>Ability to multi-task in a deadline-oriented environment.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>

Essential Functions:</b></div><p>
Performs Security rounds of the hotel and office tower as follows:</p><ul><li>Restaurant and Banquet level</li><li>All Lobby Areas and the Associates Entrance
</li><li>All Guest Floors</li><li>Executive Offices</li><li>Service levels (back of the house areas)</li><li>Office Tower lobby and floors</li><li>Loading Dock</li><li>Perimeter of the Building</li></ul><ul><li>
Visits all locations requiring special attention as frequently as required.</li><li>
Responds immediately to those emergency incidents and Security requests to which he is assigned.</li><li>
Ensures maximum guest, associates, office tower and hotel safety and security at all times.</li><li>
Is courteous, tactful, and helpful, but firm in enforcing hotel policies and procedures.</li><li>
Reports in writing on all activities during each shift before leaving the hotel, with oral reports and emergency notifications delivered as directed by the established Security procedures.</li><li>
Performs duties as assigned by the Management Team and responds to directions from any Executive Committee member or any member of Management.</li><li>
Creates and always maintains the highest standards of Security, beign professional in attitude, appearance, and application.</li><li>
Checks associates leaving and entering the hotel at the beginning and end of shift, or at any time when an associate leaves the hotel. Collects all package passes and inspects parcels taken from the hotel.</li><li>
Greets all Office Tower tenants and guest maintaining the management and safety of the office tower lobby and floors.</li><li>
Politely greets guests of the Office Tower, directs them to their desired destination while maintaining a record of their visit.</li><li>
Monitors the Security of the receiving dock.</li><li>
Confiscates all unauthorized parcels etc., and notifies the Operations Manager and the appropriate department head.</li><li>
Checks all I.D's of the hotel staff and provides information and direction upon proper identification of all job applicants, salesmen, etc. Notifies the department head involved for permission for non-staff personnel to enter the premises.</li><li>
Does not leave assigned station unless properly relieved as specified by another member of the Security team. Performs all necessary clerical requirements of the Security team under the supervision of the Operations Manager or Security Supervisor. This includes filing, processing work orders, ordering supplies, maintaining necessary schedules, and posting bulletin board information.</li><li>
Protects hotel from admission of undesirables and others not conducting legitimate business within the premises.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS
</b></p><p>In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the company.</p><p><br>
</p><ul><li>Provide accurate information to inquirers for directions and hours of operations.
</li><li>Receive, record and secure found property. Research and respond to guests inquiries for lost property.
</li><li>Assist guests with door lock and in room safe problems using moderately complex hand held electronic apparatus.
