We are hiring ICS Cybersecurity Technicians to support OT/ICS cybersecurity operations in Qatar&rsquo;s leading petrochemical facilities. This is a hands-on role in a 24/7 industrial environment, focusing on preventive and corrective maintenance of OT assets, cybersecurity fieldwork, and compliance with safety and operational standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform preventive and corrective maintenance (PM &amp; CM) for OT assets (DCS, SIS, ICS).</li><li>Apply patches and antivirus updates on OT assets.</li><li>Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.</li><li>Conduct field inspections, mark-ups, and as-built documentation.</li><li>Carry out ICS cybersecurity fieldwork, including:</li><li>Network and power cable troubleshooting and installations.</li><li>Cybersecurity cabinet maintenance and housekeeping.</li><li>Installation and replacement of DCS/SIS/ICS cybersecurity assets.</li><li>Cable labeling, power supply connections, and KVM setup.</li><li>Support physical hardening of OT assets (USB locks, access control).</li><li>Perform user access control validation and log collection.</li><li>Coordinate with maintenance teams for cybersecurity updates on non-DCS assets.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety procedures, PTW (Permit to Work), and company policies.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Degree or 3-year Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, Mechatronics, or Cybersecurity.</li><li>Minimum 3 years&rsquo; experience in Oil &amp; Gas / Petrochemicals with a focus on ICS/OT cybersecurity.</li><li>Preferred: 5+ years&rsquo; experience in ICS/OT cybersecurity within Oil &amp; Gas.</li><li>Certifications (preferred but not mandatory):</li><li>CCNA / Network+</li><li>CEH / CompTIA Security+ / CySA+</li><li>Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, Windows &amp; Linux administration.</li><li>Excellent field troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
