About the role
We are looking for a proactive Account Manager with 2+ years of experience in managing existing Microsoft customers and driving business growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and nurture relationships with existing Microsoft customers.
· Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Microsoft 365, Azure, Security, Modern Work, Data & AI, and Copilot solutions.
· Understand customer business requirements and recommend appropriate Microsoft solutions.
· Conduct account reviews, customer meetings, and solution presentations.
· Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to develop customer proposals.
· Achieve revenue, renewal, and growth targets within assigned accounts.
· Maintain sales pipeline and customer engagement activities in CRM.
Required Skills & Experience:
· 2+ years of experience in IT sales or account management.
· Good knowledge of Microsoft products, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Security, Copilot, and Modern Workplace solutions.
· Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.
· Ability to identify customer needs and drive business expansion.
· Experience in proposal creation, commercial discussions, and contract renewals.
Preferred Qualification:
· Graduate in Business, IT, or related field.
· Microsoft certifications will be an added advantage.

Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
