<div>The Senior Interior Designer &ndash; Site Execution will be responsible for managing and coordinating all interior design-related site activities, ensuring the project is delivered in line with drawings, specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
Roles &amp; Responsibilities
The main duties of the Senior Interior Designer &ndash; Site Based include, but are not limited to the following:
<ul><li>Report directly to the Resident Engineer and liaise with the Interior Design Consultant
</li><li>Oversee day-to-day site activities related to interior works and fit-out
</li><li>Review and respond to contractors submittals (shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions, material fixtures, etc.) and ensure that all submittals are as per design / specification and local authority.
</li><li>Work closely with contractors to ensure buildability and execution feasibility
</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship, and compliance
</li><li>Resolve site issues, clashes, and coordination challenges across disciplines (MEP, structure, architecture)
</li><li>Track and manage snagging, de-snagging, and handover processes
</li><li>Support program management and progress tracking for interior works
</li><li>Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and site safety standards
</li><li>Liaise with procurement teams on material delivery and installation sequencing
</li><li>Preparation and presentation of interior design and finishes to client and project team
</li><li>Attends client meetings and records discussion through minutes of the meeting
</li><li>Responsible for the interior design requirements and fulfilment of client&rsquo;s needs
</li><li>Respond to RFIs pertaining to interior design. Assist design office in answering design related RFIs and correspond in coordination with the project lead.
</li><li>Conducts regular site inspections to ensure work progresses as per approved interior design.
</li><li>Evaluate and give recommendation on alternative proposal; for value engineering.
</li><li>Extensive knowledge base in finishes and FF&amp;E and local market.
</li><li>Managing the approval of site mock ups with the client and PMC
</li><li>Attends technical and design coordination meetings, provides practical solutions to design issues and concerns.

</li><li>Detail oriented person and must have an eye for design

Minimum Requirements
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in architecture, Interior Design, or a related field from an accredited institution.
</li><li>Minimum 12-15 years of experience in interior design, with at least 5 years in a senior role delivering high-end hospitality projects in the UAE.
</li><li>Proven track record in delivering five-star hotel projects .
</li><li>Strong understanding of UAE local codes, regulations, and authority requirements.
</li><li>Expertise in detailing joinery, casework, millwork, and built-in elements.
</li><li>Familiarity with premium global brands in FF&amp;E, plumbing fixtures, appliances, architectural hardware, and sanitary ware.
</li><li>Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite.
</li><li>Fluent in English (written and spoken).
</li><li>Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams
</li><li>Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple workstreams.
</li><li>Demonstrated experience with large-scale hospitality projects, including hotels and restaurants
</li><li>Experienced in hospitality and residential projects
</li><li>ID Fit out contractor experience is an added advantage.
</li><li>Proficiency in various design software such as CAD ,Revit are required and Photoshop, InDesign, Sketchup are added advantage.
</li><li>Excellent written and spoken English and able to communicate clearly and efficiently
</li><li>Strong command in executing the works as per the design have demonstrated skills in decision making
</li><li>Comfortable in fast paced environments and can work under pressure
</li><li>Good hand sketching ability to demonstrate ideas
