As a Customer Engineering (CE) Manager, you will lead and deploy a team of subject matter experts responsible for working with customers to provide trusted technical and solution advice to accelerate workload migration and remove technical impediments.

Responsibilities</h2><ul>
<li>Lead a team of customer engineers and build a growth culture. Focus on talent strategy and skills development to deliver cloud transformation outcomes for customers and accelerate business goals for your territory.</li>
<li>Promote partnerships with customers across the book of business. Provide leadership related to cloud, transformation, and related industry trends.</li>
<li>Partner with Google Cloud Business leadership to define technical go-to-market strategies and execution plans for the team's business.</li>
<li>Balance technical leadership with operational excellence, lead workload and opportunity review meetings, and provide insight to achieve a technical agreement and migration strategy, working with customers, partners, and prospects.</li>
