 The selected candidate will identify and solve IT hardware and application software issues identified by the Helpdesk service tickets, or directly by students, instructors, and prevent disruption of IT services. He/she will Liaise with IT Helpdesk Specialist to understand end-users&rsquo; requests and needs. Consult with employees, students and instructors to determine hardware, software or system issues. The successful candidate will ensure resolution of issues/tickets based on priority and urgency and following the instructions of the IT Support Supervisor.
