GUEST GREETING &amp; SEATING</p><p> Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.</p><p> Acknowledge guests within the first few seconds of arrival.</p><p> Escort guests to assigned tables and assist with seating.</p><p> Present menus and explain dining concepts, specials, and promotions.</p><p> Recognize repeat guests and personalize service where possible.</p><p>2. MENU KNOWLEDGE &amp; PRODUCT PRESENTATION</p><p> Possess thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, cooking methods, spice</p><p>levels, allergens, and portion sizes.</p><p> Confidently recommend dishes, beverages, and pairings based on guest preferences.</p><p> Promote specials, signature items, and upsell premium offerings.</p><p> Clearly explain preparation time and manage guest expectations.</p><p>3. GUEST ENGAGEMENT &amp; EXPERIENCE</p><p> Maintain friendly, attentive, and professional interaction with guests.</p><p> Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively.</p><p> Handle guest feedback courteously and escalate issues when required.</p><p> Thank guests sincerely and invite them to return.</p><p>6.
