 Responsibilities

 <li>
 Loads and unloads trucks, and other conveyances; moves supplies and materials.

 <li>
 Operation of a manual transmission vehicle is a must.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collects refuse and salvageable materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Digs, fills, and tamps earth excavations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Cuts tree and brush.
 </li>
 <li>
 Moves and arranges heavy pieces of office and household furniture, equipment, and appliances.
 </li>
 <li>
 Picks up leaves and trash.
 </li>
 <li>
 Escorts subcontract workers, buses trucks etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Performs other related duties and assignments as required.

 High School graduate or GED.
 </li>

 Two (2) years' related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.

 Valid U.S. Driver's License required and the ability of operating a manual transmission is a must.

 Three (3) years' general labor experience along with (1) year foreman or supervisory experience.

Reports To: Electrical Supervisor / Maintenance EngineerJob SummaryThe Foreman &ndash; Audio Visual is responsible for overseeing the installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of audio-visual and control systems.
