We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the UAE real estate sector and be familiar with government portals and documentation related to property sales and leasing.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle DLD (Dubai Land Department) transactions and registrations</li><li>Manage Oqoodi registrations and updates</li><li>Process RERA-related documentation and compliance</li><li>Handle Ejari registration, renewal, and cancellation</li><li>Coordinate Escrow account documentation and follow-ups</li><li>Manage Trakheesi permit applications and renewals</li><li>Prepare and process SPA (Sale and Purchase Agreement) registrations in DLD</li><li>Assist with property leasing documentation and tenant file management</li><li>Coordinate with brokers, clients, and government authorities</li><li>Maintain and update property files, contracts, and company records</li><li>Assist in preparing forms, letters, and real estate documentation</li><li>Ensure proper record keeping for sales and leasing transactions</li><li>Support the team with administrative and office coordination tasks</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of UAE real estate administrative experience</li><li>Strong knowledge of DLD, Oqoodi, RERA, Ejari, Escrow, and Trakheesi systems</li><li>Experience in SPA registrations and leasing processes</li><li>Good organizational and communication skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience working with a real estate developer or brokerage in Dubai</li><li>Familiarity with Dubai property regulations and documentation procedures</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED4,500.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>real estate developer or brokerage in Dubai: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Dubai (Required)</li></ul>

 This Account Manager role is pivotal for driving internal and external Sustainability communications. The successful candidate will be a skilled in developing content, utilizing strong interpersonal and organizational abilities to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders. This position involves comprehensive communication planning, strategic PR development, and meticulous project management to ensure successful campaign execution and strong client relationships.
