 Support offer coordination, documentation, and onboarding handover

 Maintain hiring data, trackers, and documentation within our ATS

 People Operations &amp; HR Administration (50%)
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage end-to-end payroll processing in coordination with payroll vendors, including data validation and monthly closure
 </li>
 <li>
 Own benefits administration, including insurance enrolments, renewals, vendor coordination, employee queries, and claims support
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with external partners for statutory compliance and other applicable regulations
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate employee data and HR records with high attention to detail and confidentiality
 </li>
 <li>
 Support implementation of People &amp; Culture initiatives, policies, and processes as the organization scales
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 What requirements are we looking at?
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3&ndash;5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or People &amp; Culture role
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior hands-on experience supporting recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, coordination)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience managing or supporting payroll processing with external vendors
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge of Indian HR operations and compliance (good to have)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Clear, professional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable with operational, execution-heavy work in a growing environment
 </li>
 <li>
