Reporting &amp; Cross-Functional Collaboration</li><li>Identify, evaluate, and onboard local and international vendors/OEMs for Data Center infrastructure components.</li><li>Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships to ensure competitive pricing, priority allocations, and SLA adherence.</li><li>Conduct commercial negotiations including pricing, Incoterms, lead times, payment terms, warranty, and penalties.</li><li>Evaluate vendor performance through KPIs such as delivery timelines, compliance rate, cost efficiency, and service levels.</li><li>Coordinate with technical teams to ensure product specifications align with BOQs and project requirements.</li><li>Develop alternate sourcing strategies to mitigate supply risks.</li><li>Manage end-to-end import cycle including PO issuance, order tracking, freight arrangements, documentation, and customs clearance.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Pakistan customs regulations, HS codes, SROs, and FBR requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with freight forwarders, clearing agents, banks (LCs), and insurance providers.</li><li>Manage shipments under various Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW, DDP, etc.).</li><li>Track global lead times and proactively update project stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, Form E, Insurance, LC documents.</li><li>Mitigate import delays and resolve port-related issues efficiently.</li><li>Plan and execute nationwide logistics for Data Center equipment delivery to project sites.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers and site engineers for delivery scheduling.</li><li>Arrange specialized transportation for sensitive equipment (UPS batteries, precision cooling units, racks, etc.).</li><li>Monitor safe handling, offloading, and site receipt confirmations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety and insurance standards during transit.</li><li>Handle reverse logistics and material returns (if required).</li><li>Implement structured inventory control systems aligned with ERP (Odoo or similar).</li><li>Monitor stock levels for fast-moving and critical items.</li><li>Conduct periodic stock audits and reconciliation.</li><li>Manage warehousing practices to ensure equipment safety and compliance.</li><li>Coordinate with finance for GRN, invoicing, and stock valuation accuracy.</li><li>Optimize storage utilization and minimize holding costs.</li><li>Prepare comparative statements (CS) for management approvals.</li><li>Maintain procurement budgets aligned with project margins.</li><li>Work closely with Finance for payment scheduling and cash flow planning.</li><li>Control landed cost calculations (duty, freight, insurance, demurrage).</li><li>Support tendering teams with updated pricing and vendor commitments.</li><li>Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or SLAs.</li><li>Identify supply chain risks (global shortages, currency fluctuations, port congestion).</li><li>Develop contingency plans for critical path equipment.</li><li>Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and SLAs.</li><li>Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Monitor exchange rate impacts on procurement planning.</li><li>Prepare weekly and monthly procurement status reports.</li><li>Provide shipment tracking updates to stakeholders.</li><li>Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Sales, and Finance departments.</li><li>Maintain updated procurement dashboards and vendor databases.</li><li>Present supply chain performance reports to management.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
