 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Should have good leadership skills and will manage various on roll and off roll teams. Shall be responsible to manage the entire maintenance team under the facility management companies. Services will include but are not limited to electricians, plumbers, painters, STP operators, DG operators, RO water plants, carpentry, etc.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Must ensure all work is done as per the process and should be able to handle any audit query raised by internal / external auditors for the entire portfolio handled by him. &nbsp;
