Medical Lead is the key Medical Affairs role that develops broad medical &amp; scientific expertise within given Disease/Therapeutic Areas. As a Medical Lead, you support development and execution of patient-focused medical strategies, primarily drive scientific exchange and evidence generation activities.

You detect the medical gap/need for RWD/E generation activities by reviewing Integrated Evidence Plans, communicate, agree and document, plan &amp; execute and/or participate in respective work in non-interventional studies and RWD/E generation activities: Definition of the research questions and study objectives, study design and protocol, study budget, feasibility, site selection, pre-activation and ad-hoc visits, patient recruitment, protocol &amp; patient issues, scientific communication of study results, clinical study report and scientific publications.</li></ul>

Job Description 
<ul><li>
Assist in the accurate calculation, validation, and communication of sales incentive payouts, ensuring alignment with governance frameworks and company objectives,</li><li>
Contribute to the design and refinement of sales incentive schemes by analyzing data and providing actionable insights to drive desired behaviors,</li><li>
Assist in territory design and planning processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals by leveraging data insights and market research findings,</li><li>
Manage the preparation and delivery of SFE-related ad-hoc and automated reports, including global tools and Sales Reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness,</li><li>
Consolidate reporting needs from multiple departments and ensure the outputs address organizational requirements comprehensively,</li><li>
Gather, analyze, and synthesize market data and research findings to provide actionable insights into customer behaviors, market trends, and competitive dynamics,</li><li>
Integrate market insights into field force planning, territory design, sales strategies, and customer segmentation to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for optimization,</li><li>
Assist in the implementation and management of automation initiatives for reporting, incentive calculations, and performance tracking processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors,</li><li>
Act as a key liaison between the sales force, marketing, and SFE teams to ensure alignment on performance metrics and strategic priorities,</li><li>
Actively participate in brand teams, contributing to both SFE and CEX initiatives while serving as a dedicated member to address brand-specific needs and objectives.</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Engineering or a related field,</li><li>
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness, Sales Operations, or a similar role preferably within the pharmaceutical industry,</li><li>
English language proficiency, both written and verbal,</li><li>
Strong understanding of incentive calculation processes and sales performance metrics,</li><li>
Analytical mindset with a focus on detail, problem-solving, and process improvement,</li><li>
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and influence stakeholders,</li><li>
Ability to work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail,</li><li>
Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance requirements,</li><li>
Proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel,</li><li>
Knowledge of automation tools and familiarity with governance frameworks is a plus.</li></ul>
