 Ensure Secondary SKU wise volume achievement vs targets assigned to enhance Market Share

 Rationalize Discounts in the market &amp; use promotion intelligently to achieve company net sales revenue

 Create new outlets and retain as per target and area potential to increase Numeric &amp; Weighted distribution

 Expand SKU Penetration as per benchmark availability numbers

 Analyze SFE KPI&rsquo;s and modify the area route or adjust frequencies to improve Green KPIs for Preseller

 Supervise/ensure the proper injection and optimal utilization of Company&rsquo;s Assets in the market, i.e. Coolers, Glass, Shell, Signage, Outlet Activation material etc.

 <li>
 Manage In-outlet investment with an optimal mix of Discounts, DME, Assets &amp; Activation
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring the efficiency of equipment, increasing cooler throughput &amp; reduce nonproductive coolers
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for making attempts to recover the cooler as per company procedure in case of missing/disputed cooler
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain customer collaboration and relationship with all the customers in his/her area to ensure that they remain loyal
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure proper handling of all customer complaints in a timely manner as per company guidelines
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain an updated fact sheet on every customer on CCI Zoom
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for tracking &amp; timely settlement of market accounts (Glass, Accounts Receivable, Discounts, DME etc.)
