Role Overview</h1>
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth and Marketing Manager to spearhead customer acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts across the UAE. Manage group quotations and revenue planning activities in the absence of the Director of Revenue.</li></ul>
Reservation Operations<ul><li>
Review daily reservation, cancellation, prepaid, and no-show reports to ensure booking accuracy.</li><li>
Conduct audits on prepaid bookings and no-show procedures to protect revenue.</li><li>
Support Opera PMS configuration and maintain close coordination with the Reservations team.</li></ul>
E-Commerce &amp; Distribution<ul><li>
Manage hotel website and OTA platforms to maximize revenue, visibility, and direct bookings.</li><li>
Ensure rate parity, content accuracy, and timely updates across all distribution channels.</li><li>
Develop, implement, and evaluate digital promotions, social media campaigns, and OTA partnerships to drive revenue growth in collaboration with Marketing Team.</li></ul>
Online Distribution Reporting &amp; Performance<ul><li>
Prepare and present monthly online distribution performance reports.</li><li>
Analyze direct and indirect channel performance, conversion, and revenue contribution.</li><li>
Recommend and implement improvements to enhance channel profitability and distribution effectiveness.</li></ul>
Training and Human Resources
<ul><li>Ensure wherever possible that employees are provided with a work place free of discrimination, harassment and victimisation.</li><li>
Treat complaints of harassment and discrimination promptly and confidentially.</li><li>
Treat customers and colleagues from all cultural groups with respect and sensitivity.</li><li>
Identify and deal with issues which may cause cross cultural conflict or misunderstanding.</li></ul>
Miscellaneous<ul><li>
All ambassadors are required to comply with every reasonable request from their hierarchical supervisor(s) within an amount of time that it takes to comply under normal circumstances.</li><li>

Use safe manual handling techniques and practice safe work habits following Accor Health, Safety and Environment policies, maintain procedures to minimize our impact on the environment and prevent pollution.</li></ul>
Confidentiality
<ul><li>Ensure confidentiality and secure storage of all intellectual property and data bases, both hard copy and electronic. Adhere to Accor Internet and Email policy</li><li>
Ensure Hotel, Customer and Staff information or transactions are kept confidential during or after employment with the company.</li></ul>
