 10+ years of Merchandising, Supply Chain, or Sourcing experience, with exposure to the toy industry.

 Previous experience in MNC operations and supply chains is a definite plus.

 <li>
 Preferably 8+ years of people management experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Capable of developing practical solutions independently, with experience in leading project teams across geographic and functional reporting lines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven record of driving business results and operational performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Detail-minded, well-organized, with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
