 Inspection, Testing &amp; Commissioning

 Attend and sign off Requests for Inspection (RFIs) in accordance with approved Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).

 Witness Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) and pre-commissioning activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct system walkdowns and lead Mechanical Completion (MC) activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and manage punch lists prior to final handover.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Coordination &amp; Reporting
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Interface with construction leads, QA/QC teams, HSE personnel, contractors, and stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide regular updates on HSE, quality, progress, and site issues, including recommendations for improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain detailed daily progress reports and highlight deviations or risks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support development of as-built documentation.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering from a recognized institution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Additional training in QA/QC practices is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 12&ndash;15 years of relevant E&amp;I construction experience in onshore oil &amp; gas projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience in:
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Greenfield and brownfield project environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Live plant operations and tie-ins
 </li>
 <li>
 Substation and control room construction
 </li>
 <li>
 Inspection, testing, and pre-commissioning activities
 </li>
 </ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 10 years with EPIC contractors, with roles at Superintendent level.
 </li>
 <li>
 Additional experience as Client or PMC Senior Supervisor is advantageous.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in GCC countries (preferably Qatar) is highly desirable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of international standards and codes such as:
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 QCS, ACI, AISC
 </li>
 <li>
 BS / EN / ISO / ASTM
 </li>
 <li>
 Shell DEP (or equivalent)
 </li>
 </ul>
 <li>
 Experience with High Voltage (HV) systems is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to interpret engineering drawings, layouts, and specifications
 </li>
 </ul>
