 About the Role
 
 
 
 The Associate Merchandiser takes end-to-end ownership of OTB management, demand planning, and in-season trading performance for the jewellery category. You will report into the Merchandising Manager and contribute directly to category financial reviews and seasonal strategy.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You Will Own
 
 
 
 
 FINANCIAL PLANNING AND OTB

 Own the OTB plan for the jewellery category end-to-end, from seasonal build through to in-season reforecasting

 Run scenario modelling to support markdown and clearance decisions, protecting margin while managing stock health

 Contribute to half-year and full-year financial reviews with structured category reporting

 Monitor channel performance and escalate material risks to the Merchandising Manager with clear impact assessment

 CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION

 Align with Buying, Supply Chain, Finance, and Online Merchandising on category planning and inventory decisions

 What We Are Looking For
