Compensation and Benefits:
<ul><li>Earning potential: $110,000&ndash;$200,000 (salary based on experience + easily achieved monthly bonuses)</li><li>

Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Assess, develop and communicate comprehensive treatment plans using evidence based best practices</li><li>
Documentation withing 24-48 hours along with placing relevant orders for diagnostics and medications</li><li>
Monitor and manage acute and chronic conditions</li><li>
Compliance with facility, state and federal regulations/protocols.</li><li>
Support quality initiatives and process improvement plans.
</li><li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary team, nurse managers, physicians and specialists</li><li>
Educate and consul patients and families regarding course of treatment</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Active license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)</li><li>
Minimum 2 years of post-certification experience</li><li>
Experience in SNFs, hospitalist roles, emergency departments, or ICU preferred</li><li>
Proficient with EHRs and clinical technology</li><li>
Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset</li></ul>
