The QHSE Manager leads risk management initiatives, conducts audits, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement across all departments.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop, implement, and monitor QHSE policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with company objectives.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local and international safety, environmental, and quality regulations.</li><li>Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.</li><li>Develop and deliver QHSE training programs to employees at all levels to promote awareness and adherence to standards.</li><li>Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, preparing detailed reports and implementing preventive measures.</li><li>Collaborate with management to integrate QHSE objectives into operational plans and strategic initiatives.</li><li>Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to processes and systems.</li><li>Manage emergency preparedness and response plans, ensuring readiness for all contingencies.</li><li>Liaise with regulatory authorities, certification bodies, and external auditors regarding QHSE compliance.</li><li>Foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting safe practices, quality excellence, and environmental responsibility.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Environmental Science, Safety Management, Engineering, or related field.</li><li>Proven experience as a QHSE Manager or in a similar health, safety, and quality management role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and local regulations.</li><li>Excellent risk assessment, problem-solving, and incident investigation skills.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and training abilities.</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and QHSE management software.</li><li>Ability to influence and promote a culture of safety and compliance across all levels of the organization.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
