 Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering fields.

 6 years of experience in operational resilience, business continuity, risk management, or IT governance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exposure to infrastructure and/or information security domains is highly desirable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge of resilience frameworks (e.g., ISO 22301, DORA, NIST, or FCA/PRA guidelines).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; ability to engage stakeholders at various levels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 </li>
