Undertake the Business Case analysis for Strategic projects / pricing / promotions.</li><li>
Lead opportunity assessment of new business opportunities and support new businesses set-up comprising but not limited to evaluation of Market potential, strategic options and entry strategy, how to execute, financial and KPIs, risks and mitigation for the Wholesale Business.</li></ul>
Cross Functional Working<ul><li>
Work with the CTIO to drive technology, business products, service and customer experience developments and CAPEX investment priorities</li><li>
Ensure that the centralized functions inside the B2C organisation deliver support to B2B according to agreed targets and negotiate those targets with the CCO</li></ul>
Leadership<ul><li>
Provides Leadership, day-to-day direction and works with Department Heads to ensure the team members achieve highest levels of performance in order to deliver personal and departmental targets.</li><li>
Delegate effectively to the team in order that they develop their skills and knowledge.</li><li>
Establish an overall plan to develop the team capabilities and skills by providing them with project assignments, knowledge transfer, formal and on-the-job training.</li><li>
Leads, manages, coaches the team, appraise accurately on a frequent basis the team member's performance against their agreed performance contracts and support their delivery.</li><li>
Manages the allocation of resources within the department to effectively deliver the AOP and the department KPI's.</li><li>
Management of the department budget / costs.</li></ul>
Key Requirements<ul><li> 
Min 20 years of work experience with at least 5 years in a similar role with significant Telecom exposure</li><li>
Experience in managing P&amp;L with revenue responsibility &gt; USD 500m</li><li>
Experience of dealing with B2B across multiple industries</li><li>
Strong leadership and change management skills</li><li>
A strong grasp of the technical aspects of the telecom industry</li><li>
Previous roles with strategy, execution &amp; transformation responsibility</li><li>
C-Level experience and dealing with Board and sub-committee matters</li><li>
Managerial experience with teams of similar size and scope</li><li>
Solid understanding of telecom industry trends</li><li>
High-level understanding of business models, trend analysis.</li><li>
Sound knowledge of finance management, risk analysis.</li><li>
Sound knowledge of regulatory issues (macro level)</li><li>
MS Office Proficiency</li><li>
Fluent in written and spoken English - Arabic a plus</li></ul></div>
