This role includes check-ins, scheduling, payment collection, insurance verification, and compliance management. Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

The Associate Patient Access Representative (APAR) is responsible for a variety of front-office and back-office functions throughout the network including but not limited to the responsibilities below:

The Patient Financial Counselor is responsible for providing complete registration and financial advocacy for the patient upon entry to the health center. The Patient Financial Counselor obtains specific demographic and financial information to determine patient's financial needs and ensure timely delivery of care. The Patient Financial Counselor assists uninsured and underinsured patients by applying for federal, state, &amp; local health insurance programs. The field-based Sales Representative - Indianapolis position is responsible for growing revenue and gross profit at accounts in an assigned market segment covering commercial and passenger segment facilities. The territory sales representative is responsible for greater than $1.4M in annual revenue. This position reports directly to the sales manager.
 
Duties and Responsibilities
 <ul>
<li>Lead all sales and account/planning, forecasting, reporting efforts for assigned accounts</li>
<li>Understand, assess, and anticipate customers’ objectives, strategies, and requirements to identify and pursue sales opportunities</li>
<li>Complete pre-call planning activities that allow for effective and efficient sales calls</li>
<li>Acquire new customers to maximize growth</li>
<li>Manage small accounts by engaging customer service or directing customer to online ordering</li>
<li>Focus on strategic selling with mid and large size accounts, and sell Myers’ programs, systems, and solutions</li>
<li>Responsible for escalated customer service issue follow-up, but not the primary contact point for issue resolution</li>
<li>Collaborate with Product Managers, Pricing & Inventory Analysts, Customer Service Reps and other Associates within Myers Tire Supply to present "product demos" and other training presentations to accomplish complete full solution selling for the customer.</li>
<li>Call on existing and potential customers to introduce, demonstrate, sell and service Myers products while supporting Myers allover sales effort</li>
<li>Implement and achieve monthly and yearly sales plan</li>
<li>Provide customer training on Myers product line</li>
<li>Qualify potential customers</li>
<li>Maintain expert level of knowledge of Myers products and competitive product lines</li>
<li>Attend trade shows</li>
<li>Complete expense reports and other administrative duties as assigned</li>
<li>Provide field intelligence on competitive activity, changes in markets, distribution and pricing as well as input on customer preferences and product features</li>
<li>Cost-effectively manage time and assets</li>
<li>Maintain professional presence and poise</li>
</ul>
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
 <ul>
<li>Professional experience with B2B customers, including customer needs assessment, sales plan development, pipeline development and territory growth</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle report (insurable) and clean driving record</li>
<li>Ability to travel frequently throughout territory including overnight travel.</li>
<li>Established relationships with end users and distributors preferred</li>
<li>Competitive mindset and team oriented</li>
<li>Experience with automotive related accounts-Dealership, Fleet, Auto repair facility</li>
<li>Experience in developing new, innovative markets</li>
<li>Requires strong business acumen, teamwork, collaboration, accountability, tenacity and communication skills</li>

Education and Experience
 <ul>
<li>Successful sales history with 2+ years outside sales experience</li>
<li>High school diploma, college graduate preferred</li>
<li>Disciplined and effective use of CRM</li>
<li>Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office products</li>
</ul>
