<div><b>40% </b>Demonstrates efficiency with financial transactions for consumer/ business accounts and loans; accurately processes cash and negotiable items as presented or requested; confirms intended transactions with members, non-members, or guest members to ensure needs are met while maintaining high-quality standards</div>
<div></div>
<div><b>20% </b>Balances cash drawer throughout the day and at the end of the shift to ensure transaction accuracy and maintain compliance; notifies supervisor of any outages as soon as they are realized to commence proper audit and research</div>
<div></div>
<div><b>15% </b>Maintains a working knowledge of products and services to then provide appropriate recommendations to members as the opportunity arises; adheres to prescribed individual baselines and assisting with branch baselines.</div>
<div></div>
<div><b>10% </b>Provides dual control support for all in-branch cash machines to include the daily maintenance, cash replenishment (if applicable), required balancing, and support for the following: cash recyclers, coin machines, coin dispensers, cash counters, and ATMs.</div>
<div></div>
<div><b>10% </b>Provides support for teller transactions, including check hold review, account overrides, complex transaction handling, and support for escalated account requests.</div>
<div></div>
<div><b>5% </b>Researches, troubleshoots, and resolves member inquiries; handles other duties as assigned.</div>

 Shriners Children's Texas is where hope and healing meet. As one of only four pediatric burn specialty hospitals in the Shriners Children's health system, we are designated by the American Burn Association (ABA) and the American College of Surgeons Committee on Trauma as a verified pediatric burn center. Located on Galveston Island, our 30-bed inpatient hospital provides a full line of both inpatient and outpatient care specializing in burn care, orthopedic conditions, complex skin conditions, and plastic and reconstructive surgery. Our services extend to a number outreach clinics in San Angelo &amp; Marshall, Texas, and Monterrey, San Luis Potosi, Guadalajara, Veracruz, Toluca &amp; Chihuahua Mexico and Panama, which provide children and families access to high-quality, specialized burn and orthopedic care.

 The Patient Care Assistant assists in the delivery of patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The PCA provides direct patient care and performs routine tasks as assigned. Consistently demonstrates caring and appropriate behavior when interacting with patients and families. Assists with wound and skin care, keeps unit and work areas stocked, and provides delegated nursing care activities as appropriate.

   Delivers patient care including personal hygiene, nutrition, elimination, mobility, ambulation, comfort and rest.
  </li>
  <li>
   Orients the patient and family to the patient care areas and assists them to feel comfortable with their surroundings.
  </li>

   Provides delegated nursing care activities and assists the caregiver as appropriate in daily care, oral hygiene, weights, I&amp;O's.
  </li>
  <li>
   Takes part in the discharge process under the direction of the RN.
  </li>
  <li>
   Keeps unit and work areas stocked appropriate to the number, acuity and age of patients currently present including PPE.
  </li>
  <li>
   Seeks opportunities to assist others when assigned work is complete.
  </li>
  <li>
   Provides wound and skin care under the direction of the RN, as appropriate for assigned unit.
