About the Role 
Position Summary
We are seeking a Pavement Data Collection and Processing Engineer to support pavement condition assessment, asset management, and maintenance planning projects. The role involves planning and executing pavement data collection activities, processing and validating large datasets from automated and manual surveys (if any), and producing high-quality technical outputs to support engineering analysis and decision-making.

Experience<ul><li>

Demonstrated experience in pavement distress identification, severity classification, and rating systems (ASTM D6433, LTPP).</li><li>
Hands-on experience with Pavement Management Systems (PMS) is desirable.</li></ul>

About the Role 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized TDP Coordinator (Roads O&amp;M) to join our infrastructure management team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will serve as a key coordinator for Traffic Development Plan initiatives and Roads Operations &amp; Maintenance programs. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between various departments, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain optimal road infrastructure performance and support the continued development of Qatar's transportation network.<ul><li>
Coordinate and monitor the implementation of Traffic Development Plan (TDP) initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational objectives</li><li>
Manage daily operations and maintenance schedules for road infrastructure, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality standards</li><li>
Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, reports, and records related to road maintenance activities, inspections, and performance metrics</li><li>
Analyze maintenance data and performance indicators to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement</li><li>
Liaise with internal departments, external contractors, and government agencies to facilitate smooth coordination of O&amp;M activities</li><li>
Schedule and track maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections using project management systems and tools</li><li>
Develop and update maintenance schedules and work plans based on asset condition assessments and operational requirements</li><li>
Monitor budget allocation and expenditures for O&amp;M programs and provide regular financial reports</li><li>
Conduct site inspections and assessments to evaluate road conditions and maintenance needs</li><li>
Prepare technical reports, presentations, and communications for senior management and stakeholders</li><li>
Support the development and implementation of standard operating procedures for roads operations and maintenance</li><li>
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and organizational policies</li></ul>

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) for road operations and maintenance. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management of road infrastructure assets.<ul><li>

Collect, analyze, and input data related to road assets and maintenance activities</li><li>
Generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making in road operations and maintenance</li><li>

Assist in the development and implementation of asset management strategies</li><li>
