 About the Role
 
 
 
 
 
 
 We are seeking a fresh law graduate to support our legal and administrative operations.
 
 
 This is a dynamic role that combines office based documentation with on the ground coordination across government entities in Oman. You will be involved in the full lifecycle of portfolio company administration, from preparing contracts and resolutions, to circulating them for signatures, followed by filing documents in person at the relevant government departments.
 
 
 
 
 
 This role suits someone who thrives on variety, takes initiative, and is eager to learn how the venture capital industry in Oman operates. The role offers exposure to some of Oman&rsquo;s largest venture capital funds, as well as a wide range of Omani technology companies and startups.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You Will Do
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare, review, and manage legal documents, contracts, and corporate resolutions in Arabic and English.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate directly with government authorities including the Ministry of Commerce, the Tax Authority, and the Royal Oman Police.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and manage documentation workflows using tools such as Airtable, DocuSign, and ClickUp.
 </li>
 <li>
 Circulate resolutions and coordinate signatures with portfolio companies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle phone and email correspondence to follow up with stakeholders and ensure timely completion of processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain organised records of all legal and administrative activities.
 </li>

 What We Are Looking For

 Fresh 2025 graduate with a degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent command of written and spoken English and Arabic.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong computer literacy and enthusiasm for learning new tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid Omani driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to handle administrative work both digitally and in person.
 </li>
