Required: Linked or attached portfolio Role OverviewThe Photographer/Videographer/Editor will be responsible for creating, capturing, and editing high-quality photo and video content for use across e-commerce, social media, marketing campaigns, and in-store assets. This role requires a strong visual eye, technical expertise, and an understanding of retail branding and consumer trends.Key Responsibilities:Content Creation<ul><li>Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photography and video content for products, campaigns, and brand storytelling</li><li>Capture content for e-commerce (product shots, lifestyle imagery, lookbooks)</li><li>Produce short-form and long-form video content for social media, websites, and digital ads</li></ul>Editing &amp; Post-Production<ul><li>Edit photos and videos to align with brand guidelines and visual standards</li><li>Colour-correct, retouch, and enhance imagery for consistency and quality</li><li>Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, and sound design where required</li></ul>Brand &amp; Marketing Support<ul><li>Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop visual concepts and campaign ideas</li><li>Ensure all content reflects the brand&rsquo;s tone, identity, and target audience</li><li>Adapt content formats for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, website, email, in-store screens)</li></ul>Production &amp; Asset Management<ul><li>Manage shoot setups including lighting, composition, and equipment</li><li>Organise, store, and maintain a structured digital asset library</li><li>Stay up to date with trends in photography, videography, and social media content</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Proven experience as a photographer, videographer, or content creator (retail, food photography or lifestyle brand experience preferred)</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing photography, video, and editing work</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools</li><li>Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and visual storytelling</li><li>Experience creating content for social media and e-commerce platforms</li><li>Motion graphics and animation skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines</li></ul>Desirable<ul><li>Experience with fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer retail brands</li><li>Knowledge of social media trends and performance-driven content</li><li>Experience with studio and on-location shoots</li><li>Drone or advanced camera operation experience</li></ul>Personal Attributes<ul><li>Creative with a strong attention to detail</li><li>Highly organised and self-motivated</li><li>Collaborative and comfortable working with cross-functional teams</li><li>Adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunity to shape and elevate a growing retail brand&rsquo;s visual identity</li><li>Creative freedom and ownership of visual content</li><li>Competitive salary and benefits</li><li>Dynamic and collaborative working environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you located in Kuwait?</li><li>This is a full-time position.
