 The role holder will be a pro-active individual who demonstrate ownership of all activities within their direct areas of responsibility.
 
 
 The Procurement Officer is responsible for all Technical Institute procurement activities and deliverables. Working primarily from the Technical Institute site, the Procurement Officer must ensure the Technical Institute requirements are met ensuring the relevant stakeholders are informed and up to date on all procurement activities. Production &amp; Workflow Supervision<ul><li>Organize workflow and ensure employees understand their duties and delegated tasks.</li><li>Supervise production personnel and prepare effective production schedules.</li><li>Monitor operations to ensure adherence to production standards.</li><li>Recommend adjustments to processes where necessary.</li><li>Inspect and measure materials and products for compliance with specifications.</li><li>Maintain and organize all production and quality documentation.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.</li><li>3+ years of experience in procurement expediting or project execution in Oil &amp; Gas, EPC, or related industries.</li><li>Strong knowledge of procurement processes, incoterms, logistics, and quality assurance standards.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Proficient in ERP systems, MS Office, and project management tools.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
