This primary role reports directly to the VP of Product Marketing and is centered on Product Management. It is a multi-disciplinary position that requires strong technical product knowledge, an understanding of the markets served, and a solid grasp of both the sales and product cycles.

The Product Manager will play a key role in managing the flow of product information from Axiomtek Headquarters to the U.S. field sales team. To be effective, this individual must be a clear and timely communicator with strong presentation and writing skills.

Working under the guidance of the Product Solution Manager and the VP of Product Marketing, the Product Manager will be instrumental in ensuring their assigned product sector receives the visibility and awareness needed within the Axiomtek USA organization. 


ROLE OBJECTIVE 


The Product Manager will serve as a key liaison between Axiomtek Headquarters and the U.S. field sales organization, ensuring the effective flow of product knowledge and market insights. Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing and guided by the Product Solution Manager, this role requires a balance of strong technical expertise, market awareness, and a clear understanding of both the sales and product cycles. The Product Manager will drive product visibility, awareness, and adoption within Axiomtek USA by delivering timely communication, impactful presentations, and clear written materials. Ultimately, this role is instrumental in enabling sales success and positioning assigned product sectors for growth in the U.S. market. 


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 

<ul>
<li>Coordinate with Axiomtek HQ SBU teams to ensure timely communication with U.S. sales teams regarding product roadmaps, samples, announcements, product change notices (PCN), end-of-life (EOL) updates, and other product-specific information.</li>
<li>Deliver product training across departments, covering product specifications and applications.</li>
<li>Support sales teams by providing product knowledge and application expertise, including joint efforts to deliver training to channel partners and representatives.</li>
<li>Manage EOL processes by developing inventory strategies in collaboration with sales and management.</li>
<li>Oversee PCN processes by determining required actions and ensuring all departments follow proper procedures.</li>
<li>Handle new part number requests in PLM and collaborate with purchasing to maintain accurate product descriptions and pricing in SAP.</li>
<li>Must adhere to Quality Management System and security operating procedures.</li></ul> 


QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES: 
 
 
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering or Business preferred.</li>
<li>Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex product details.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</li>
<li>Proficient in the company&rsquo;s business software, including SAP, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, and Microsoft Project.</li></ul>

Role Description:
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of a pod innovating a core part of our platform. Through partnership with senior business and engineering leaders, you will oversee the planning and execution of all initiatives within your pod while serving as a key leader within our organization. The ideal candidate combines deep domain and industry expertise with experience delivering consumer-grade products to clinical users.
Core Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Provide the vision and direction for your pod to the product and development team throughout each quarter and ensure continuous alignment of business leaders with your strategy.</li><li>
Partner with your product team to define the roadmap for your pod in alignment with your vision and oversee day to day backlog management and prioritization.</li><li>
Recruit, train, manage and mentor Product team members within your Product pod.</li><li>
Lead the efforts of your scrum team as the Product Manager while keeping abreast of Agile / Scrum best practices and seek to implement within your team.</li><li>
Assess value and develop business cases to inform the nature and scope of present and future product line development.</li><li>
Drive the successful planning and execution of all product initiatives for the products you own. For each project, you are responsible for managing each step of the product management process directly or through your team to ensure a successful outcome.</li><li>
Employ multiple mechanisms for conducting product research to inform requirements and design. Through both external investigation and internal collaboration, the information you gather will ensure the products you design exceed user expectations.</li><li>
Partner with cross-functional team members to collect and document detailed product requirements. Additionally, you will bring a creative eye to our team by working alongside our UX team to design high quality, intuitive products for our end users.</li><li>
Define and project manage the launch of new products to our users. In partnership with our operations teams, you will help train end users and create applicable documentation for your products.</li><li>
Identify and action opportunities for product improvement identified through quantitative measurement and feedback from end users.</li><li>

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Business or a related field</li><li>
Minimum 5 years experience in a product related role</li><li>

3+ years healthcare experience</li><li>
2+ years operating in a Product Manager role (or similar)</li><li>
MA / MBA in any of the above fields</li></ul></li><li>
Passionate about designing innovative data solutions to rebuild the healthcare industry as it should be</li><li>
Data driven mindset</li><li>
Ability to effectively combine understanding of industry and domain trends with knowledge of our business needs to set a forward-looking product vision for your pod.</li><li>
Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders at the most senior levels and act as a bridge between engineering and business leaders to translate complex topics to the domain of your audience and drive strategic decisions</li><li>
Ability to effectively articulate challenging concepts in both written and verbal modalities and tailor your messaging to the appropriate audience to ensure complete understanding</li><li>

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$83,430.00 - $222,480.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
