</p><p>In this role, you will lead a category and be accountable for driving the commercial success across the region. You will be involved in product launches, promotional planning and forecasting. You will be expected to drive trading performance to achieve quarterly sales targets whilst improving the customer experience at every step. You will act as a primary contact for Google Store and partner cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, customer service, demand planning, product, engineering, legal and finance and country teams.</p><p>
You will be a leader who can think like a general manager. You will be the driving catalyst behind our cross-category growth, developing the team&rsquo;s strategic goal, leading major growth initiatives and ensuring we exceed our quarterly business targets.</p><p>

Responsibilities</b></h2><ul>
<li>Lead a growth category with full ownership of its commercial outcome. This includes launch planning, sales forecasting, promotional planning, budget management, ongoing analysis and merchandising across EMEA sites.<br>

<li>Drive the day-to-day trading performance to achieve ambitious goals for product volumes and market share, using data to optimize on-site KPIs.<br>
</li>
<li>Lead cross-functional task forces to drive improvements in the end-to-end customer experience for your category, partnering with Customer Care, Operations and Logistics.<br>
</li>
<li>Develop and manage new, innovative growth programmes to scale the business in the region. Lead critical campaign and business planning efforts to ensure a cohesive and well-integrated plan is delivered across all functions to exceed business targets.<br>
</li>
<li>Own the creation and delivery of strategic reviews for leadership, skillfully synthesizing complex inputs from across the business into a compelling narrative.</li>
