The Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk (CCOR) Data Analytics team is part of the firm's CCOR organization within the second line of defense. CCOR is responsible for the design and execution of the CCOR program, which consists of the second line of defense's responsibilities in managing the firm's Compliance, Conduct, and Operational Risk. The Data Analytics team works with CCOR functional groups to deliver solutions designed to facilitate data-driven decision making and enable proactive risk management.
This role blends product management, business analysis, and project management responsibilities to deliver strategic capabilities to the CCOR community.
As a Vice President within CCOR Data Analytics, you will report to the EMEA lead for CCOR Data Analytics and partner with Compliance &amp; Operational Risk, Technology, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive the technology innovation agenda, ensuring alignment with firmwide strategic platforms.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Job Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>
Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for CCOR data/analytics capabilities, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and business objectives</li><li>
Partner with Compliance, First Line, Technology, Data Science, Operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into actionable product features and user stories</li><li>

About the role</h5>
We're looking for an Senior Engineering Manager to lead engineering across our UK Value Stream &mdash; one of Odevo's most strategically important and technically complex domains.<div>
The UK business spans multiple product lines, internally developed platforms, and acquired SaaS solutions serving both customers and operational teams. This ecosystem is critical to enabling scale and customer value across one of our largest markets.
This is not a greenfield environment. The technology landscape has evolved through growth and acquisitions. Success here means bringing clarity to complexity: modernising where it matters, integrating where it adds value, and helping teams make pragmatic decisions that build long-term foundations.
As Senior Engineering Manager, you will help shape the technical direction and operating model for the UK domain, reporting to the Global Head of Engineering and working closely with Product, Architecture, Operations, and business stakeholders.

Who you are</h5>
You are a proven engineering leader with a track record in complex, multi-product environments &mdash; including environments shaped by acquisitions, legacy systems, or platform modernisation. You are comfortable moving between strategic discussions, organisational leadership, and technical decision-making, with the credibility to engage meaningfully at each level. You understand how to balance technical quality with business priorities and operational realities, and you communicate trade-offs clearly to engineers and executives alike. You are passionate about building great teams and creating environments where people grow and do their best work. And you bring genuine excitement about AI and emerging technology.<h5 class="jobSectionHeader">
Qualifications</h5><ul><li>
Significant experience leading software engineering teams across multiple products or domains.</li><li>
Strong background in hands-on software development.</li><li>
Experience with complex product ecosystems that include legacy platforms, acquired products, integrations, and modernisation initiatives.</li><li>
Strong understanding of modern engineering practices: cloud architecture, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and security.</li><li>
Experience modernising platforms within the Microsoft/.NET ecosystem is a strong advantage.</li><li>
SaaS or product-led environment experience is highly beneficial.</li><li>
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies.</li><li>
Experience with Azure, AWS, Microsoft technologies, data platforms, or AI tooling is a plus.</li><li>
