<div><p>Zurich is currently looking to hire an experienced Executive Underwriter or AVP, Underwriting Director &ndash; Zurich E&amp;S to join our E&amp;S Primary Casualty team in our Chicago, IL, Schaumburg, IL, New York City, NY, or Rocky Hill, CT office! While this position will be based out of one of those locations, you will have the flexibility to work on a hybrid basis. You will partner with your manager to set a flexible work schedule that supports you, our customers, and our brokers and agents. This role will require you to be visible in the marketplace to meet with our agents and brokers. In this role you will be working with national wholesalers to drive growth with a focus on profitability.</p><p></p><p><br>

Serving as a customer industry advocate with a focus on improving the customer experience by understanding their risk and offering the best end to end solution for their insurance needs</li><li>
Using a disciplined approach to exposure evaluation, risk assessment and pricing</li><li>
Using risk insights, data and models to drive informed decisions at point of sale</li><li>
Market facing and production within the growing Zurich E&amp;S Casualty division</li><li>
Administering and monitoring underwriting rules and guidelines, insurance laws and regulations and rating manual rules</li><li>
Working within broad limits and authorities on highly complex assignments</li><li>
Coaching, developing and empowering junior team members.</li></ul><div><br>
Executive Underwriter &ndash; Zurich E&amp;S Basic Qualifications:</div><br>

High School Diploma or Equivalent and 5 or more years of experience in the Underwriting or Market Facing area<br>

The combined salary range for this position is $98,500.00 - $215,000.00. The proposed salary range for the Executive Underwriter is $98,500.00 - $165,000.00, with Global Specialty Incentive Plan bonus eligibility set at 30%. Summary</b></div><div>
The Assistant Case Manager provides case management support for a Reentry Service Center, checking in participants and assisting Case Managers, Substance Abuse Counselors, Employment/ Education Coordinators, and Supervising Case Managers with case coordination, case management, and documentation. Learns, uses and models the Principles of Effective Intervention (What Works) through evidence-based practices in all interactions with participants and staff members.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Primary Duties and Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li>
Checks-in all participants entering the facility. Complete drug screens according to assigned random schedule for each participant check-in and documents results within GEOTrack.</li><li>
Performs breath analysis on each participant who enters the facility for any purpose, provides a written or computerized result, and documents within GEOTrack/Company database.</li><li>
Completes initial &ldquo;Starting Point&rdquo; process with participants to completion, including Starting Point paperwork, input into Company database, and assignment of groups and other services.</li><li>
Provides general office administration duties, including answering phones; provides general customer service to all who enter the facility, including participants, customers, and the general public.</li><li>
Assists all RSC staff with case coordination, communication with appropriate official agencies, and preparation and distribution of reports.</li><li>
Assists in managing a participant caseload using the Principles of Effective Intervention (What works). Conducts risk/need assessments and creates individual treatment plans for each assigned participant. Meets regularly with participants and documents participants&rsquo; progress or regress in GEOTrack/Company database.</li><li>
Facilitates evidence-based CBT programs and other life skills programs to participants ingroups each week. Documents participants&rsquo; attendance, participation and progress in GEOTrack/Company database.</li><li>
Develops and monitors the participant&rsquo;s progress relative to their Behavior Change Plan/Parole Board Orders through all phrases of the program.</li><li>
Files, prepares charts, and performs data entry as assigned</li><li>
Responsible for office opening and closing procedures as directed by Supervisor.</li><li>
Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements</b></div><ul><li>
A high school diploma or its equivalent.</li><li>
Must be twenty-one (21) years of age with good customer services skills.</li><li>
College coursework in Human Services or Business discipline preferred</li><li>
Minimum of six months experience in Human Services field with direct participant services preferred.</li><li>
Minimum of six months experience working with under-served populations preferred.</li><li>
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>
Solid computer skills and proficiency with MS Word and Excel. Basic database and math skills.</li><li>
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) skills may be required.</li><li>
Effectively communicate with participants, program staff, corporate management, and agency personnel. Ability to work with public officials.</li><li>
Logically express thoughts in English, in written and verbal form using correct grammar.</li><li>
Ability to interact in a professional manner in both individual and group counseling settings Excellent oral and written communication skills.</li><li>
Ability to work with a team of professionals and have the ability to implement team strategy approaches to work assignments.</li><li>
