</li><li>Performance assessment: The three above parameters in addition to a set of individual KPI&rsquo;s will be assessed on regular frequency (mid-term &amp; final review) by the Process/Commissioning Manager and the outcome shall be fed back to the individual, clearly identifying areas of improvement (as applicable).

<ul><li>Review of Interface discipline specific Concession requests issued within the CONTRACT; validate the basis of the request &amp; its impact on technical integrity &amp; justification, prior to requesting endorsement from Process/Commissioning Manager.
</li><li>Monitoring &amp; ensuring that Interface discipline specific design change management is being carried out for all respective engineering changes with proper multidiscipline impact assessment &amp; the same is registered &amp; controlled (as &amp; when required).

<ul><li>Maintain regular meetings with interface discipline counterpart for timely discipline activity coordination &amp; problems resolution as applicable.
</li><li>Communicate discipline specific updates/areas of concern on regular basis to the Process/Commissioning Manager.
</li><li>Address technical conflicts &amp; disputes with Counterpart (CONTRACTOR) in a professional &amp; systematic manner, relevant to governing specifications/codes &amp; actual situation.

<ul><li>Oversee and lead the interface executions and achievement to ensure achieving the desired outputs and performance by the team.
</li><li>Continuously monitor the pre-commissioning/commissioning schedule of the project AND Procedures are developed by the EPC contractor and reviewed by company on time.
</li>Focus the development and ensure proper cascade of the status of the schedule to Process/Commissioning Manager in order to avoid any slippage.

Minimum Qualification
<ul><li>Must be a Bachelor degree holder (Mechanical / chemical) or any equivalent degree.
</li><li>Fluent in written and spoken English
</li><li>Proven skills and experience in brown field and green field projects.
</li><li>Minimum Experience &amp; Knowledge &amp; Skills
</li><li>Minimum 15+ years of professional experience in oil / gas / petrochemical industry.
</li><li>Must possess excellent leadership and communication skills including 5+ years of experience in interface management role in the Projects.
</li><li>Experience of working with Multiple packages for FEED and EPC Projects
</li><li>5+ Experience in GCC/ ADNOC is preferred
</li><li>Experience in Project execution and knowledge of engineering standards is preferred.

A Specialist Project control engineer Perform the project control function including project planning, cost control for the Project as per Project Execution Plan working closely with Project Control Manager
Analyse and perform project planning, scheduling and monitoring for the Project to ensure completion of Project to the required safety, quality, schedule and cost.

Job Specific Accountabilities
Project Control
<ul><li>Ensure baseline schedule follow-up and monitoring, performance reporting, baseline change control assessment, risk management, earned value management guidance and tools.
</li><li>Advice and consult on the application of effective planning techniques and controls (earned value, cost and schedule variance, estimates at completion, critical path analysis)
</li><li>Support program integration, governance, formats, plan optimization, and project controls best practices.
</li><li>Support and advise on the definition of Project Controls and Earned Value Management policies, procedures and the standards required to deliver projects.
</li><li>Involve actively in the development of integrated project schedule for project that reflect all interface milestones, availability and need dates of feedstock, offsite and utilities and activity durations from multiple contractors&rsquo; schedules and assess changes to the integrated schedule.
</li><li>Monitor and control program compliance in respect of the project contractual obligations.
</li><li>Ensure contract, procurement, planning and scheduling activities within the project is performed as per Company requirements.
</li><li>Support the PCM on all contractual and commercial issues to maintain company&rsquo;s interests.
</li><li>Coordinate and attend internal/external project reviews and other meetings, as necessary.
</li><li>Keep up to date with and adhere to Company and project related procedures.
</li><li>Ensure deliverables are delivered and that these are flagged to the PCM.
</li><li>Generate weekly / monthly reports in line with the project and company reporting calendar, provide details on progress, actuals, forecast and explanation of variances.
</li><li>Ensure that project controls processes are consistently applied across the project.
</li><li>Manage governance to ensure robust cost and schedule performance for the agreed Scope of Work across integrated programs managed across multiple parties.
</li><li>Support and advise on the definition of Project Controls and Management policies, procedures and the standards required to deliver projects
</li><li>Work closely with the Senior Project Manager and other discipline Mangers to maximize the potential of the project.
</li><li>Manage and guide the review of Project Baseline Schedule to ensure compliance with the Contract Schedule requirements and the overall Project schedule.
</li><li>Instruct various reviews/analyses of the Project Schedule and the generation of special reports highlighting areas of slippage, concerns and forecasts.
</li><li>Manage and guide the process of Progress Certification and Invoice Payment under the Contract.
</li><li>Ensure appropriate certificates are generated and maintained for the Project denoting approval of various Milestones and Completion Activities.
</li></ul>Internal Control
<ul><li>Develop and improve the project control procedures, systems and tools. Continuously work with the Project Management Teams to seek improvement opportunities and incorporate them in the standard ways of Project Controls.
</li><li>Be an active advocate of the project controls principles for better management of project operations.

</li></ul>Minimum Qualification
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering from a reputable and recognized university.
</li></ul>Minimum Experience &amp; Knowledge &amp; Skills
<ul><li>15+ years of project experience, working in the oil &amp; gas industry with previous knowledge of preparing and implementing project plans, schedules and cost control.
</li><li>Minimum 5+years in Oil &amp; Gas experience of progressive professional experience in project control.
</li><li>At least 5+ years GCC/ UAE experience is preferred.
</li></ul>Professional Certifications
<ul><li>Preferred but not mandatory to have PMP, CCP.
</li></ul>TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
<ul><li>Project control (Planning, scheduling, monitoring and control) skills.
</li><li>Full understanding of schedule, cost and risk analysis tools and techniques.
