Responsibilities and Accountabilities:<br>
<ul><li>Assist to prepare, plan, schedule and process the purchase of services as appropriate and in a timely and cost-effective manner to ensure safe and reliable operation and maintenance of the NPP.</li><li>Support nuclear supplier qualification as required, update the qualified supplier list.</li><li>Understand the specifications and scope of work, and ensure all Quality Assurance (QA), Health and Safety, Engineering, and end user requirements are included.</li><li>Assist in reviewing technical specification for the purchasing services.</li><li>Support end user in creation of PR and selection of correct parameters in the system.</li><li>Support end user in developing the Scope of Work by sending RFI&rsquo;s to the market in order to gather more information about the work.</li><li>Challenge the Technical Evaluation Criteria (TEC) to be aligned with the SOW.</li><li>Obtain bidders from Supplier Relation Management (SRM) and issue Expression of Interest EOI if required.</li><li>Support arranging suppliers meeting and site visits, if required.</li><li>Develop detailed procurement plan in accordance to the defined KPIs</li><li>Prepare, review and issue Invitation to tender documents and ensure adherence to tender process.</li><li>Obtain insurance requirement for Request For Quote from Insurance Department as per the scope of work.</li><li>Handle and coordinate all correspondence between End users and Bidders.</li><li>Verify all submitted bids according to submission instructions and obtain appropriate approvals when required.</li><li>Review the Technical Evaluation report (TER) and challenge the results to ensure fairness and alignment with the TEC.</li><li>review the commercial proposals and conduct price evaluation, clarification and benchmarking to ensure that all quoted values are reasonable and arithmetically accurate.</li><li>Ensures terms and conditions are agreed and cleared by the bidders and resolve all exceptions &amp; deviations</li><li>negotiate and/or clarify prices and terms with suppliers as requested by the management.</li><li>Support in preparing recommendation for award, with thorough justification to support decision as per the Delegation of Authority (DOA), and ensuring that all required information is available.</li><li>Prepare agreement documents for execution and conduct peer review for other team members.</li><li>Prepare handover to contract management Team after the execution of Out Line Agreement</li><li>Support team members in day to day operation, when required.</li></ul></div><br>
