<ul><li>The Project Quality Lead is responsible for development of the Quality Program and accountable for the independent surveillance and audit of the project for compliance with procedures and requirements, as well as the documentation of compliance and corrective actions. The Project Quality Lead performs these activities independent of the design/project/construction group responsible for the work.
</li><li>The Project Quality Lead works closely with the Portfolio Delivery Manager and advises him of the status of quality-related activities.
</li><li>The Project Quality Lead assists the Portfolio Delivery Manager in the maintenance and updating of the Contract Project Quality Plan and other quality related project documents. As directed by the Portfolio Delivery Manager, the Project Quality Lead will perform other quality related audits and surveys.

Job Brief
We are looking for a skilled and driven Quality Engineer for the Design and Build renovation of Multi-Purpose Halls at Lusail, ABHA, Duhail, and QBF.
This is a major project. It needs a strong quality leader. You will guide the team. You will protect standards. You will ensure every part of the project meets high quality levels.
If you take pride in doing things right the first time, this role is for you. 
 
Responsibilities
<ul><li>Lead all quality work across project sites.</li>
<li>Prepare and manage the Project Quality Plan.</li>
<li>Ensure all works meet drawings, specs, and contract standards.</li>
<li>Conduct internal audits and site inspections.</li>
<li>Guide engineers and site teams on quality matters.</li>
<li>Review method statements, ITPs, and technical documents.</li>
<li>Coordinate with client, consultant, and subcontractors.</li>
<li>Identify risks and suggest better solutions.</li>
<li>Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001 standards.</li>
<li>Prepare reports and present quality updates to management.</li> 
</ul> 
Qualifications
<ul><li>BSc in Civil Engineering (relevant to the project).</li>
<li>Minimum 10 -15 years of total experience.</li>
<li>At least 10 years of relevant experience in similar projects.</li>
<li>Minimum 5 years in a quality role on construction projects.</li>
<li>IRCA ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification (or equivalent).</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of quality systems and audits.</li>
<li>Ability to manage and coordinate specialized teams.</li>
<li>Experience in handling complex technical assignments independently.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).</li>
