 Required Qualifications &amp; Skills

 Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience in Oil &amp; Gas or Construction sector (GCC preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience in a UAE-based manpower/recruitment agency is highly preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of GCC hiring practices and project-based recruitment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good communication and negotiation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
