The Recruiter will work to fill open requisitions, manage an existing candidate pool, develop new candidate resources, and be responsible for executing the end-to-end recruiting process.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Source, screen, and qualify candidates for open positions across commissioning, construction, and energy-related disciplines</li><li>Maintain consistent, proactive communication with field employees throughout the duration of their assignments</li><li>Manage candidate records and pipeline activity within Bullhorn ATS, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-up</li><li>Build and maintain a strong candidate network within the power and heavy-industrial sectors</li><li>Coordinate with internal leadership to understand client needs, position requirements, and workforce planning priorities</li><li>Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess fit based on technical qualifications, experience, and availability</li><li>Support onboarding logistics and documentation for new field hires</li><li>Track and manage candidate availability and deployment timelines to ensure client commitments are met</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><p><b>Required:</b></p><ul><li>2+ years of experience in a recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition role</li><li>Hands-on experience with Bullhorn ATS or comparable applicant tracking systems</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently on remote days</li></ul><p><b>Preferred:</b></p><ul><li>Prior experience recruiting within the power generation, energy, or heavy-industrial sectors</li><li>Familiarity with commissioning, startup, or skilled craft workforce staffing</li><li>Existing candidate network in technical or industrial trades</li></ul><p><b>Compensation &amp; Benefits</b></p><ul><li>Starting salary of $65,000 per year</li><li>401(k) with company match</li><li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>Company-paid life insurance</li><li>Hybrid work schedule (in-office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday)</li></ul><p>Pay: $65,000.00 per year</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul><p>Application Question(s):</p><ul><li>Do you have experience using a ATS platform?
