About the role
Job Summary
The Facility Management Engineer – Civil will support the delivery of civil maintenance and FM services, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contractual requirements and applicable Qatar standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor preventive and corrective civil maintenance activities.
- Conduct inspections and identify building and civil defects.
- Coordinate technicians, contractors, and maintenance activities.
- Prepare technical reports, work plans, and corrective action recommendations.
- Monitor work quality and compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar codes, HSE, quality, and environmental requirements.
- Support project and FM management activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Facility Management and/or Project Management within the GCC.
- UPDA/MMUP Grade B or C – mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of civil maintenance works.
- Good understanding of Qatar standards and codes.
- Fluent in Arabic and English – mandatory.
- Strong analytical, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
