What you will do
<ul><li>Lead, inspire, and manage the Spa &amp; Retail team, including direct supervision of the Spa Manager and Team, ensuring alignment with the hotel's goals and Four Seasons brand standards.
</li><li>Define and execute the long-term vision and positioning of the Spa, Fitness and Retail offerings to remain competitive, innovative, and guest-centric.
</li><li>Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive guest engagement, wellness programming, membership offerings and retail performance.
</li><li>Oversee daily operations of the Spa, Gym, Changing Rooms, Retail Boutique, Guest Activity Programs and Relaxation Lounges.

<ul><li>Minimum of 3 years in a similar leadership role within a five-star luxury hotel in the Middle East.
</li><li>Fluency in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
