We're looking for a technical, builder-minded Revenue Operations Specialist/Manager to design and own the systems that power our B2B revenue engine.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">

The Role</h2>
You'll be given a direction, not a spec. You're expected to figure out the &quot;how,&quot; architect systems that haven't existed before, and ship them &mdash; stitching HubSpot, Clay, LinkedIn, call recording/conversation intelligence, and AI into a stack that actually works together.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>
Design and build sales workflows and tooling from scratch, often as the first person to solve a given problem at Cambly</li><li>
Own HubSpot end-to-end: data model, pipeline stages, automations, reporting, integrations</li><li>
Build and maintain prospecting/enrichment workflows using Clay, LinkedIn, and similar tools</li><li>
Implement and optimize call recording/conversation intelligence tools for coaching and pipeline insight</li><li>
Identify and build AI-enabled workflows across the sales cycle (lead scoring, call summarization, forecasting)</li><li>
Build dashboards and reporting for real-time pipeline health, rep performance, and forecast accuracy</li><li>
Diagnose bottlenecks in the sales cycle and design scalable processes, not one-off patches</li><li>
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to keep systems and data aligned</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Qualifications</h2>
Must-Haves<ul><li>
6+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations, ideally at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company</li><li>
Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, Clay, LinkedIn (Sales Navigator), and call recording/conversation intelligence tools</li><li>
Practical, hands-on experience building with AI tools in a sales workflow</li><li>
Track record of architecting systems or processes that didn't exist before, from a loose brief</li><li>
Technical mindset: comfortable with data, integrations, automation logic, troubleshooting your own builds</li><li>
Proactive, ownership-driven &mdash; defaults to action, iterates in the open</li></ul>
Preferred<ul><li>
Experience scaling a sales ops function at an early or growth-stage startup</li><li>
Familiarity with SQL, APIs, or no-code/low-code tools (Zapier, Make)</li><li>
Experience supporting both SDR and AE motions</li><li>
Prior experience in a remote &amp; distributed team</li></ul>
