 Key Requirements

 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Law (LLB)
 
 from a recognized university.

 <li>
 
 8&ndash;12 years of post-qualification legal experience
 
 , preferably within
 
 construction, engineering, infrastructure, or EPC environments

 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of
 
 contract law, construction law, and commercial law
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated experience in
 
 reviewing and negotiating EPC and commercial contracts
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience supporting
 
 claims management and dispute resolution processes
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Exposure to
 
 multi-jurisdictional legal environments
 
 is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional legal qualification or
 
 bar admission
 
 is an advantage.
