Key Responsibilities</b></p><br>

Work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for Newgen-based solutions.<br>

Strong domain expertise in Banking and Financial Services, with experience across Lending, Trade Finance, Payments, and Customer Onboarding.<br>
</li><li>
Demonstrated experience in requirements elicitation, process re-engineering, workflow design, and functional documentation.<br>

Hands-on exposure to BPM platforms, system integrations, and digital process automation initiatives.<br>
