What You'll Be Doing:</b></p><ul><li><p>
Advises and assists the most senior construction site representative in the establishment and management of ESHARP Management and Parsons SH&amp;E processes, identifying and eliminating/controlling any hazards to persons and property.</p></li><li><p>
Develops site-specific work plans, SH&amp;E compliance programs, training programs, and orientation plans fully conforming to relevant SH&amp;E regulations, Parsons&rsquo; ESHARP management system, and client requirements.</p></li><li><p>
Collaborates with SH&amp;E and project and program managers to evaluate contractors&rsquo; SH&amp;E performance, planning, and culture to be consistent with the company&rsquo;s risk management practices and core values.</p></li><li><p>
Audits projects and programs and their worksites against corporate and client standards; to detect and correct safety hazards, creates, and submits written audit reports.</p></li><li><p>
Implements Parsons&rsquo; occupational injury and incident reporting and management processes.</p></li><li><p>
Initiates and conducts thorough incident investigations and root cause analyses using secure protocols.</p></li><li><p>
Performs trends analyses on audit findings, inspection findings, and incident reports; creates and submits regular analysis reports.</p></li><li><p>
Represents the program SH&amp;E manager on project or program worksites.</p></li><li><p>
Supervises emergency response team and first aid personnel in providing services emergency situations and to occupationally injured or ill personnel.</p></li><li><p>
Prepares and reviews audit and inspection reports and OSH statistics reports and presentations</p></li><li><p>
Represents management during safety inspections of the job site by regulatory authorities or company insurance carriers.</p></li><li><p>
Provides oversight to the Parsons&rsquo; new hire safety orientation process and other safety related training.</p></li><li><p>
Review risk assessments for upcoming work and provides technical assistance to the safety planning process.</p></li><li><p>
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>
What Required Skills You'll Bring:</b></p><ul><li><p><b>
Bachelors Degree </b>or equivalent in safety, health and environmental/loss prevention or any relevant <b>Engineering Disciplines </b>from an accredited university.</p></li><li><p>
Recognized OSH education, certifications (e.g NEBOSH Diploma or NVQ Level 5/6 etc. )</p></li><li><p><b>
ISO 45001:2018 Lead auditor certificate.</b></p></li><li><p>
Extensive knowledge of UAE and Abu Dhabi health and safety regulations and reporting procedures including <b>ADOSH-SF (Abu Dhabi Occupational Safety and Health &ndash; System Framework)</b></p></li><li><p><b>
Minimum 12+ years </b>of construction safety management experience in middle east region out of which at least 4 years shall be as OSH Engineer/ Manager on Construction Supervision or Project management role with reputed consultants.</p></li><li><p>
OSH management experience in both Infrastructure and Buildings construction projects.</p></li><li><p>
Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication and report writing skills.</p></li><li><p>
Ability to perform in a supervisory/managerial capacity.</p></li><li><p>
Holds valid UAE Driver&rsquo;s license.</p></li><li><p><b>
