As our Security Engineer, you make sure our platform, infrastructure and data stay secure as we grow. You identify vulnerabilities before they become problems, and you build the processes and safeguards that keep security top of mind across the entire Product team.
You're on the Product team, contributing your security expertise. This role is for someone who stays sharp on emerging threats and knows how to get engineers to build securely without slowing them down.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Our Tech Stack.</h3>
The iOS application is built 100% with Swift, with a mix of SwiftUI and UIKit. We use REST APIs to connect to our backend. The CI/CD pipelines run using Bitrise.
Android is built natively with Kotlin. Next to the customer application, we have two internally facing applications. One mobile React Native application and one web-based, built in Typescript and Next.JS.
Our backend stack is heavily based around Python, with our main API written in that language, as well as several microservices. For updating our fleet in real-time, we use a microservice which is written in Rust. This is all hosted and managed in-house, by running two Kubernetes clusters with Helm as our package manager.<h1 class="jobSectionHeader">

 Door jouw ervaring met softwareontwikkeling en data-infrastructuur ben je van meerwaarde voor iedere klant. Je werkt graag samen met data scientists om de door hen getrainde machine learning modellen in de praktijk tot een succes te maken.  Als Data Engineer begrijp je het belang van realtime kennis en zoek je dus zelfstandig naar mogelijke oplossingen voor de uitdagingen van onze klanten en werk je deze oplossingen uit. De technische rol die jij vertolkt helpt de klant bij de vertaling van hun probleem naar een oplossing door van het gebruik van de juiste Tech-stack.

 Dit ben jij.
 
 
 
 Je hebt een relevant HBO of WO-diploma, bij voorkeur Computer Science of Artificial Intelligence. Je programmeert bij voorkeur met Java, Scala of Python.
 
 
 Je bent de Data Engineer die alles weet van noodzakelijke pipeline tooling als Kafka, Spark, Cassandra en containertooling als Docker, Airflow of Kubernetes. Bij voorkeur heb je ook al ervaring met cloud oplossingen (Microsoft Azure of AWS).
 
 
 Je bent analytisch sterk en kunt zelfstandig organisaties adviseren over de te nemen beslissingen. Tot slot spreek en schrijf je vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
