The team

<ul><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or in another engineering domain combined with strong IT background.</li>
<li>Minimum of 8 years of experience as software engineer, with at least 2 years of experience leading development teams/projects.</li>
<li>Strong technical background and expertise in software development methodologies, programming languages, and cloud-based infrastructure.</li>
<li>Experience with adopting software architecture design best practices, together with efficient usage of software verification &amp; validation techniques.</li>
<li>Ability to manage and motivate a team of Dev engineers and DevOps engineers.</li>
<li>Experience with agile methodologies and project management.</li>
<li>Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products on time.</li>
<li>Solid knowledge of databases, middleware and network technologies.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills in English, being able to elaborate, write and present ideas clearly at different levels of abstraction.</li>
<li>Ability to challenge, influence and convince others through fact-based arguments.</li>
