Job Description 
SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The Service Technician will be responsible for the refurbishment of mechanical seals and associated activities in a highly professional seal repair environment.
SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:<ul><li>
Dismantling and cleaning of mechanical seals and parts under repair.</li><li>
Inspection of mechanical seals and seal cartridges.</li><li>
Prepare inspection report with full knowledge of failure modes.</li><li>
Prepare breakdown of parts required for the repair in accordance with the seal repair analysis procedures.</li><li>
Seal faces reconditioning by lapping and polishing.</li><li>
Assemble and repair mechanical seals and seal cartridges in accordance with John Crane drawings and specifications including locally manufactured metal parts, repaired metal and non-metal parts when needed.</li><li>
Testing of mechanical seals and seal cartridges in accordance with John Crane specifications.</li><li>
Manage local inventory of seal spares for both contractual and transactional repairs.</li><li>
Ensures quality &amp; safety within functions/ tasks performed by himself/herself and staff reporting to him/her</li><li>
Responsible for exercising due diligence towards health &amp; safety of self and others within the organization</li><li>
Ensures compliance with the applicable HSE instructions, requirements, laws and regulations received from customers, regulatory and statutory bodies</li><li>
Participation in continuous improvement activities.</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE:
Education/Training: Diploma or University degree in Engineering or relevant vocational technical qualification
Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in proactive multinational &amp; multicultural environment
Knowledge/Skills: Ability to understand component and assembly drawings.
 Reporting and full awareness of failure modes.
 Lapping and polishing using lapping machines.
 Knowledge of John Crane product portfolio.
 Computer literate in MS Office, and outlook.
 Experience with service module in SAP. 
Languages: English. Speaking in Arabic is an advantage

About the Role
We are seeking a service-driven and operationally strong Room Service Manager to lead In-Room Dining operations at Four Seasons Hotel Madinah . Reporting to the Director of Restaurant, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences through efficient service delivery, high-quality food presentation, and strict adherence to Four Seasons standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining consistency, service excellence, and operational efficiency within the In-Room Dining function.
What You Will Do
<ul><li>Lead and manage all In-Room Dining (Room Service) operations, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest satisfaction.
</li><li>Ensure all room service orders are delivered accurately, promptly, and in line with Four Seasons service standards.
