 Ensure the implementation of safety procedures and processes (Workplace safety &amp; management), in the fields during his shift. Reporting of incidents as per Reliance standards.

 Act as Incident command control until arrival of next senior personnel as per defined ERCP management process.

 Raw material / Finished product inventory management and reconciliation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor &amp; troubleshoot all process parameters and equipment condition for smooth operation of the plant by guiding shift teams. Arranging all resources utilizing contracting terms.
 </li>
 <li>
 To lead speedy restart of production after any plant breakdown. Reporting of failures with reliance systems for RCA and improvement. Share learning from incidents with shift team
 </li>
 <li>
 Control flare loss through effective planning and taking time actions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Highlight exceptions in parameters which affect product quality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up with maintenance departments to expedite planned / unplanned maintenance activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Carry out improvement trials as planned in the plan
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify training and development needs of panel and field operators. Arrange or take programs for improving skills and knowledge of shift crew.
 </li>
 <li>
 Highlight exceptions in parameters (both positive and negative)
 </li>
 <li>
 Reduction of cycle time for RM inward, Product out vehicles.
 </li>

 Reduction HOTO time for maintenance

 Role Description
 
 
 
 This is a full-time on-site Duty Doctor role located in Bhopal at one of Apex&rsquo;s leading kidney care centers. The Duty Doctor will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients undergoing dialysis and other kidney-related treatments. Day-to-day tasks will include monitoring patient health, managing medical emergencies, coordinating with nephrologists and medical staff, and maintaining accurate patient records to ensure seamless care. The role also involves guiding patients on understanding their treatment plans and addressing their queries with compassion and clarity.
 
 
 
 Qualifications

 Excellent clinical skills in monitoring and managing dialysis patients, including handling medical emergencies and performing patient assessments.

 <li>
 Ability to maintain comprehensive documentation of patient records with attention to detail.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide compassionate patient care and collaborate with the healthcare team effectively.

 Proficiency in nephrology-related procedures and understanding of kidney care management practices.
